By booking an appointment you fully understand and agree with and accept to abide our Terms (Nirvana Spirit) as below:

- You must not be under the influence of alcohol or mind altering substances prior to the treatment.

- If the client behaves in any way which may lead the Reiki Practitioner to feel physically unsafe, disrespected or abused treatment will be refused.

- The client understands that Reiki Healing Therapy does not substitute medical treatment.

- In case of late attendance the Reiki Practitioner may exercise discretion in refusing treatment.

- If a client is under 16, parental/guardian consent will be required.

- By completing the form opposite does not guarantee the requested appointment time. The appointment is not confirmed until we confirm it with you.

Cancellations & Postponements:

Cancellations and postponements are sometimes unavoidable.

Should you need to cancel or postpone an appointment please contact us by phone on 07774427469.

Clients are asked to give a minimum of 24hours notice otherwise a cancellation fee will be charged.
